Information and Communication Working Group (ICWG)

The role of the Conference Programme Working Group is to:

  • Develop and maintain the association’s information and communication strategy
  • Coordinate communication between working groups, focal points and members
  • Manage communication channels such as website and social media
  • Promote the association’s activities, events, and achievements
  • Create and maintain communication materials and templates
  • Support branding and consistency in all communications
  • Collect and organize important information for members and stakeholders
  • Assist with event communication and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain and update the association’s website and online platforms
  • Support member engagement through effective communication initiatives
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with other working groups on communication-related needs
  • Archive and manage important communication documents and records
